During the week, kids dive into art camps at ColorPop Westhampton Beach while parents enjoy beach walks, quiet coffee mornings, or a little uninterrupted work time.
On the weekend, ZING! brings high-energy, music-driven movement to the lawn at Three Ducks. Led by founder Michele Levy, these open-air sessions blend athletic skills, breathwork, and creative obstacle play. While the parents can sleep in or sneak off to yoga or get a couples massage. All the while leaving kids strong, confident, and happily tired.
