Nature as blueprint

Leveraging the agrarian heritage of the surrounding area, the Three Ducks consists of three distinct elements: The Barn, The Gardens, and The Guest House, each contributing to a connection to nature and a sense of calm and an appreciation for simpler, meaningful experiences.

The Guest House

The Guest House offers twelve minimalist rooms—from standard king and queen accommodations to spacious two-bedroom suites—each opening onto a private garden. Interiors feature vaulted ceilings, ash wood floors, handmade clay tiles, pebble-inspired lighting, and custom-built storage to foster a serene, clutter-free environment. Every room also showcases original artwork by Thiciana Cruz and a commissioned poem by Chris Vitiello, drawing inspiration from the local landscape and coastal life.

The Land

The Land features private gardens and wildflower meadows—ideal for quiet reflection, reading, or leisurely strolls. At its center is a communal fire pit, often lit at sunset to welcome evening gatherings.

The Barn

The Barn, clad in sustainable Thermowood, serves as the property’s central hub—offering breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee, alongside a seasonal farmstand and curated Market of local goods. The Barn also provides a welcoming space for private events, completing the experience of laid-back luxury rooted in nature.
