We’re here to help. Our on-site staff is accessible by phone, email, in person or via text during your stay to help answer any questions you might have. Here are some frequently asked questions to get you started.

Location

Where are you located?

19 Seabreeze Avenue, Westhampton, New York, 11977. We’re just off of Montauk Highway, right across from Farmer’s Market Farmstand.

How do I get there?

A few options: You can drive (90-120 minutes from New York City, depending on traffic), take the bus to Westhampton Beach (Hampton Jitney, Ambassador), or the LIRR to Westhampton.

How close are you to town and the beach?

If you’re driving, 2 minutes to town and 8 minutes to the beach. By bike, 5 minutes to town and 15 minutes to the beach.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

No, but we do offer snacks and drinks at The Market during office hours 7:00-11:00 pm. For a list of our favorite bars and restaurants in the area, see our local recommendations here.

Stay

Is there Wi-Fi? Television?

We provide free Wi-Fi and internet television, allowing you to log into your personal apps.

Can you summarize the amenities?

All guest rooms have top of the line beds and mattresses, organic cotton linens and robes, in-room coffee, WiFi, and smart televisions. The rest of the site includes a communal fire pit, light breakfast in the Barn, a retail shop, and walking paths among wildflower fields.

What is your reservation and cancellation policy?

We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your stay.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are fully refundable, minus a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • Date changes may be requested with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Reservations must keep the same number of nights and be completed within the same calendar year.

  • All changes or cancellations should be sent in writing to concierge@threeduckswesthampton.com so nothing gets lost.

  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Arriving after office hours? No problem — we’ll send you everything you need to settle in smoothly.

Do you offer ADA accessible accommodations?

Yes! Please contact us to book our ADA accessible room.

Policies

Do you allow children?

Yes, we love our little ducklings. We have pack n’ plays available upon request. Contact the front desk for our “Guide to a day with ducklings” and recommendations on weekly summer camp options in the area.

Do you allow pets?

We love our furry friends but not at the hotel.

Is smoking permitted?

Three Ducks is a non-smoking property. If smoking occurs inside a guest room, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied to restore the space for the next guest.

Is there an age requirement to book?

Yes — the reservation holder must be 21 or older and present a valid ID at check-in.
