The Mom Club partners with TRX for a mom-only, TRX-inspired workout at Three Ducks in Westhampton Beach, featuring bands you’ll take home and a full experience designed for movement and connection. After the workout, enjoy post-session wellness activations, refreshments, and a luxe gift bag while mingling with other moms in a high-energy, feel-good setting.

Our Saturday Power Flow wakes up the body and sets the tone for a day of exploring Westhampton Beach. Led by Jenna Rosen, this class is an indie-forward blend of breathwork, hatha, and vinyasa yoga. Expect to sweat and challenge yourself.

Our Ducklings Club welcomes young guests to the lawn for a nature-inspired art workshop — quietly appreciated by their parents. While grown-ups sleep in and linger over coffee, children gather with ColorPop — drawing from the gardens, the seasons, and the beauty of the land around us.

Our monthly flower workshop brings the farm to Three Ducks. Guests gather around a seasonal flower bar to build their own arrangement with one-on-one guidance. Guests leave with a seasonal arrangement and a clearer understanding of the farm behind it.

Seen is partnering with Three Ducks to host a small-group Art Weekend Immersion exploring the Hamptons through its lasting influence on American art. This experience offers a different way into the East End — not as a leisure destination, but as a region shaped by artists, ideas, and creative communities over generations.
